John AnthonyCOLLIS-SMITHpassed away at Brook House Care Home, Husbands Bosworth on the 15th December 2025 aged 92 years.
Loving husband of the late Ann, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.
Tony will be sadly missed by his entire family and friends.
Family flowers only please, but donations can be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Society either online using the link in this notice, or on the day of the funeral where there will be a donation box available.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 14th January 2026 at All Saints Church, Narborough at 12.30 pm followed by a Cremation at South Leicester Crematorium (Countesthorpe) at 2pm.
